    *gasp*

    It's the movie based on Firefly! Firefly's a Joss Whedon-created science fiction show that didn't last very long, despite a huge fan following. It's set in an "old future," sort of Wild West in space, with the evil Alliance controlling "civilized" planets, and the good guy "Brown Coat" rebels, who lost the war, trying to keep out of the Alliance's reach. It's original, clever, well acted, and hilarious.

    Damn tragedy, that show getting cancelled.
